I will take a stab:
Tim Parnell and Brian Redman in top pic.
John Miles in the bottom (Lotus c1970).

Are these more signed pics you got from ebay?

Well, these autographs are not from eBay. I bought a huge collection of motorsport memorabilias (autographs, posters) from local collector (Czech Rep.) It contains 24 binders (!!!) full of these pics....
I am trying sort it out right now....
