Nice one! Not the best kit ever produced but such a beautiful car so it’s worth to get the best out of it.
Nevertheless a promising start!

Front wing's central part is decaled.

Next step is the rear wing. Lower plane is O.K., but upper two elements are not to be used.

Photos show the upper plates in the kit. There is no wing profile, looks like bares with rounded edges. The upper plane is too short, and the angle is flat, nearly horizontal, as it was used in high speed circuits like Monza. New more realistic planes are scratchbuild.

Nice and clean paintwork, did you print the decals on your own? Never seen spare decals in that scale for this car.
Take a stand!

Body and wings are painted now. 2 layers MR. base coat grey, Mr. surfacer pink, Gravity colors nr. 210 Ferrari red, and 2-3 layers clear cote.

Decals are applied. I used the rest of kit's decals (some of them are destroyed when I revised the first building attempt many years before)may be cartograph decals. The missing decals were completed by Museum collection decals.

Parts are waiting now for the final clear cotes. So the undertray is taped.

Body and wings are painted and decaled now and are waiting for final layers of 2K clear coats.
So it's time to think about suspensions, uprights, wheels and tires.
Wishbones seem to be O.K., but the uprights are fantasy products and look moore than LEGO products.
These uprights are the same used in the F1 1999 from MG-models. This model was built by me many years before and I accepted them, but now I will not. At first I painted and decaled them, but finally was not satisfied. Now I will think about better solution.

Discs and brakes are a joke too.

The rims are ugly and must be replaced. The BBS spokes look like sausages.

About the tire problem in a later post.

Well, good job on the painting and decals, see the problem with the wheels, don`t know if my F2003 has the same bad castings, but these are realy looking ugly! :/

Well, you could try to replace them with rims from the Revell F2002. They have the correct amount of spokes for th F1-2000 ( but wrong for the F2002 ).
