1/12th MFH Porsche 962C

Post by daves »

My latest build is the MFH 1988 Porsche 962C. I have always loved this livery. The car placed second to the Jags at Le Mans. I have come to the conclusion that it is very difficult to reproduce. Four different colors that need to be masked off and sprayed separately. Red, Yellow, White, and Black. I also need to give each color sufficient time to dry before masking. I decided to get the body work out of the way first. So far I am very happy with how it is coming out.

Beautiful build, bravo! Such a iconic livery!
There should be a thread simply about favorite 956/962 sponsorship liveries. My personal favorite is the Brun Torno color scheme.

Great job Dave.
These livery is my choice for my personal 1/8 scale build.
