Here are some photos from the booklet series : Ferrari story no 26 1991, showing the naked car, Remarkable is the blue covered seat.I think the photo was taken in the press presentation. Later on in the races they seemed to be black covered. Color photos in the fifties and early sixties are rare and not realy clear.

The PE metal belts to fasten the fuel tanks have a thickness of 0.3 mm and are hard to bend into the right curvature. So I replaced them with 0,15 mm softer metal and got a nicer result.

Your metal work on the fuel tank is very realistic and convincing!
Its looking like a very good build

You show very high quality work on every part of your model.
The soldering of the fuel tank halves is really nice work.
It looks great!

Seat and headrest are covered with genuine leather instead of simply painting black. Leather thickness 0,4 mm.

The way you cover parts with leather is allways a pleasure to follow! Looking nice!
Take a stand!

Kit contains these very nice 3D printed rivets for the 256. They are miles better than the cast metal rivets (too large) they offered for their 312 B.
Yet I used my familiar method with 0,6 mm solder balls.
