Great stuff, those kind of projects were the reason I bought my printer, I just can't find the time to do the CAD work

Re: Ensign N176/177 - 3D Printer
I have done some progress...if you want to see big pictures, just copy and paste the picture link to a new page.
Brake system and part of the wheel system.
and it was beautifully assembled to he model
Here the electrical system with battery and support.
not identical, but close to the pictures. Some of the pictures are from restored car.
From the original car
restored
this is how it is going to be
It is still missing part of the front suspension, this is the next challenge.

Badi, how did you come up with the measurements for the suspension?
It's an awesome project.

Wow...
Did you already print some parts to test the fitment of the part?

Re: Ensign N176/177 - 3D Printer
Yes,
I have some parts already printed, just need to find the time to post. Fitments have not been a problem, they have worked well.
I measured other Formula 1 cars and compared pictures to check if they were accurated and in the end it was made by comparision with pictures.
It is just difficult to assemble without glue, but you can check. Everything will be fine.

Hello,
Some interesting update I would say. I took me many hours to develop this part.
If you want to see big pictures, just click with you mouse right button and open it in new window.
The engine has been the most diffcult part until now.
