I guess this is no rumour.
In The Netherlands it's very known that e.g. Ferrari is visiting shops in search of toys that have not been paid for.
I also know M@x Verst@pp€n is very keen on his 'label'.
Selling Blue Ox items from him is very risky.

We've had someone here sell a Stewart Grand Prix decal sheet to a Red Bull employee. While there is a reason to be cautious, simply not including the name of the team isn't going to work as after the first picture everyone knows what it is. If someone really is nervous about it, the OP shouldn't be using their account to both sell it and produce the kit to avoid this issue as well.

I've continuously heard this is an issue with Red Bull but never seen them do anything. I'm completely OK with being wrong but it seems to be rumors based on rumors that then turn into a fact because people keep on saying its a problem. If it was such a problem I suspect that sites like eBay wouldn't be able to sell Red Bull kits, but there are tons of MFH/eJan kits up there at the moment for example.

I won't post anymore to avoid taking it off topic, just putting my thoughts on one of the sillier things I see here. Feel free to PM me if you want to continue to discuss though!

Hey Guys / Gals, these Teams, Corporations, take this stuff very seriously. Stubeck, you are not being silly!
I've talked to people who have seen Mr. Hall get very, very upset when he see's his Race cars modeled up by a certain High Quality Die-cast Company (with-out his permission). I understand he will even come after people selling these - even on the secondary market, as they have no official permission from him to do so...
So hide your Chaparrals, etc. under your bed if he ever comes over for dinner! hehe...I know he probably likes Tex-Mex...

The bottom tray assembled and primed. Need to sand it down and prime again before painting it black.
