PUTTING PICS ON F1M
Gentlemen,
I haven't posted for some time, and would like to put some up. What are the current guidelines for file size and file type and any other tricks to get the images to enlarge nicely on the site ?
Thanks for your help....
Cheers,
Steve Mohlenkamp

Hi Steve,
I always use the attachments feature (tab below the the text window) to post pictures. Even though it says 5MiB per attachment, it only takes picture around 260kB maximum.

Re: PUTTING PICS ON F1M
I post the pics on Imgur.com. I was having the same issue as CK with 1 Mb pictures not being accepted. Only thing I've learned is to make them private so you don't get random people commenting on your pictures.

Ok, found the setting buried deep in phpBB. Max file size is now 1MB - but 5MB total per post.

Steve, I upload them to postimage. And here I click the "image" key up the editing window and then paste the direct link inside. Easy!
