If it’s a 1970 LM Coda Lunga, I’m all in!

From the last picture wich shows bodywork, it looks like the rear panel by the door. It also looks square or like a 512M. The bolts on top look like a quick fuel cap like on the Penske 512M.

Another Ferrari - Another non-F1 - Another few hundred pounds safely staying in the bank account!

Beautiful car though.

It's official K804 is the Ferrari 512S (#6, #7, #8 1970 Le Mans). And actually we see something, I believe, we haven't seen before. The central tub is resin with the roof made from white metal. This would hint at there being a spyder version a bit further down the road. Well at least to me it does :). Well it's the coda lunga, so yeah, this has just made my must have list. Also curious these are all the DNF cars, what about the N.A.R.T. or the Ecurie Francorchamps cars - maybe they'll follow at a later time. I mean they finished the race unlike the works cars... ;)

Not sure when I'll get it, seeing as I've just completed the must have list of their rivals from Zuffenhausen...
Cheers,

This is the way, they use also for the alfa 33 stradale. Metal roof factory inserted to resin body.

Hi George,

have you built one like that? By now you probably know about my opinion on mixing resin and WM parts (doors for instance). How did that work for the 33 Stradale? As far as I remember I have not seen one built around here. I've only seen one guy on Facebook design, 3D-print and build a 33 Stradale all by himself.
Cheers,
Roman
