BTW, for those who like adding riders to their bikes, what you prefer?
-Cornering?
-Sitting on the bike, feet on pedals, crossed arms?
-Sitting on the bike, feet on pedals, hands on fuel tank?
-Sitting on the bike, one foot on pedal, the other on ground, upper part as per previous two options
-Standing out of bike?
IMHO, cornering ones are nice, though obviously the carry all the philosophical debates about "a model in movement!!" so it seems the static pose ones might have more fans?

Re: Anyone Do Modern 1/12 MotoGP Rider Figures or Decals
The old cornering rider from Tamiya has made my Robert's Yamaha pretty dramatic. My first other choice would be the pose at the moment before they start. Then crossed arms straddling the bike, preferably where the arms are 2 pieces. Decaling molded arms on these modern driver liveries would be weird.
Thx again for the Yamaha decals.

Have you priced a Tamiya Rossi? Like most MotoGP kits, sellers want some serious coin.
Re: Anyone Do Modern 1/12 MotoGP Rider Figures or Decals
Yes it seems so... besides, Rossi's figure is a collector's item itself, because of being Rossi. Also because it's cornering in opposite direction as the previous cornering figure.
Yes, decals can be done for riders, helmets too. But yes I can tell making decals for helmets is complicated, lots of trial and error. About the thing of crossed arms, well it makes little difference, ar will have same shape. So it's OK as long as decals are dimensioned, cropped and skewed according the crossed position. Which one would quite logically do
