I always go with their "lite" plan. I'm not happy about having to pay double shipping but it still is less expensive than the same product on Ebay....If you can find the same product on Ebay. And for whatever reason, as you may have noticed, those 52Bs are really hard to find. Aoshima must have only made 50 of them....It's crazy!

I know. I found out that I was outbid for an Ebbro Lotus 49B for 52.50 GBP at eBay that the seller was based in the PRC. Then the same item was RESOLD FOR 75.99 GBP where a couple of years back, it was on discount for $42.69 CDN in Hong Kong online over at Hobbyeasy but was long sold out and never restocked by Ebbro.

Now everything is so out of whack with prices these days .....

Please do not snipe on that one ... I am bidding on it hoping for not paying a ransom after everything is done. The service fee is over 1000 yen for the package alone before the shipping internationally by the way ....

I, personally, am set for BT52Bs. Besides, I spent my money last week on a bunch of Lotus stuff. Good luck!

I have not been buying any F1 cars lately as I have noticed a certain country's postal service has been working, so through four different shops I have been buying models to support their economy.
I tried to keep it to the racing planes, but a few others snuck in as well.
The Schneider trophy planes are going to be fun to build and read about.

(if they had produced 1/20 F1 cars, I would probably have bought all that the credit card could support, so good thing its planes only ;) )
Currently building:
Alfa Romeo 159 (since 2021)
Recently finished:
Renault R30 (since 2010)

That is more than I paid but it's still under $100 for a hard to find kit. The funny thing is that I have seen more 1/20 Hiro kits going for less than the Aoshimas. It's a mixed up world.
