Wheel and its Center Lock Nut

I have these few parts on my table for already 3 nights. I don't really think the White Metal Wheel Center Lock Nut is strong enough to hold properly without using Krazy Glue. However, if Kzay Glue is used, that means all the detail will be hidden forever especially the front brake detail. This gives me a headache.

Finally, I got a clue on yesterday evening. I did a little experience by using Brass Tube and Brass Stick, They worked really good and also fitted well.

In addition, they provide a very good support too. It should be strong enough for the car.

Keep up the good work.I am working on the Ferrari 1969 312 Hiro.
Its really pretty straight forward. These are such nice kits.

312F1 ? Anyway, a new scale 1/20 312F1 will be released on Oct

Btw, just a little remind. For the 312T3, there are 8 Black Screw coming with the kit. However, there are at least 15 required according to the instruction manual. In addition, please check the PE E62, there should be a replacement part in the box.

Hiro is doing the 312B in 1/20th,not the 312 1969.
I will have to check the screw count in my kit.

Thanks,

Yes, HIRO is going to do the 312F1
Btw, the Parts List of the Instruction Manual mentions 8 Black Screw are included but you're gonna need 15.
:D

So I stand corrected..Thats funny.I dont think it will sell that well in 1/20th or 1/24th.
That was a very very bad year for Ferrari.
I think they should do other cars, not that one.

You're right. That 312F1 is not attractive to me at all. I'd rather saving up my cash for the F40LM and F2004 Full detail version.

The F40LM or GTE will be nice.I hope they do them as good as Robustelli
did on the Pilot and Artsports F40s they did in 1/24 and 1/18 scales.
They are still benchmark transkits!!

If Hiro was smart they would have done the 1966 312F1 Monza winner, not the cars
they did.

They have the motor for the 1966/67 F1 cars in the Ferrari 412P and P4 kits, depending
on with version.
