Ive finished my JMS 935 based on Tamiya's 1/20 kit.
These decals were a bloody nightware. Really fragile.

RE: JMS Porsche 935
Looks good Andy.
I have the Renaisance 1/43rd JMS 934 to do at some point.
Hope the decals in that aren't as fragile, whose decals did you use ?

RE: JMS Porsche 935
Andy, great model. I like this livery. It's boring to see all those Martini cars only.
I'm thinking about converting 935 into "Hawaiian Tropic" car. But it'll require engine
conversion to twin turbo I gather.

Nicely done. Those decals do look to be somewhat of a challenge.

I guess the decals are Renaissance.
Checking their site they do that 935 in 1/43rd, so I guess it's the decals scaled up.
ledzep - which Hawaiian Tropic car, there were three at the 79 le mans.....
Personally I fancy making the Kores car:

It just has that 70's feel !

I love the 935. There are so many options you can build. I am trying to build up a collection in 1/20. At present I have built:
Martini Factory car
Kremer Valiant car
Hawain Tropic car (Red)
Ricoh Kremer car
Interscope Daytona car (modified Kremer kit)
JMS car
I have decals and kits to build for:
Budweiser Daytona car
Trisconi car
Kremer Valiant car (Alternate white livery)
And I want to build the Orange Jagermeister car and maybe the Blue Hawain Tropic car and Black Factory Martini car.
I'll try to post some decent pics of the set.

Its a beautiful looking car. Ive built one based on the Fujimi 1/20 kit but did not convert the engine to twin turbo. I just modified the headlights and built bargeboards under the doors. Some pics are below.I'm thinking about converting 935 into "Hawaiian Tropic" car. But it'll require engine
conversion to twin turbo I gather.
