Thank you! I agree totally with you about the cars. "My" era is definitely '85 to '95. I am lucky that Tamiya made so many great models of those cars. I built pretty much all of those 1:20 cars. More recently, I've been able to afford the 1:12 MP4/6, FW14B and 641. I've only made a start on the MP4/6 so far - thread here:
By the way, here are some links to the video footage I found of the Silverstone tests where many of these images were taken. Bridge Bend....wow. Just thinking about standing between Abbey and Bridge back then makes the hairs on my neck stand up.
