I mean these versions, they have a very short back end wich is a bit different. Unfortunately my favorite version the Hydroaluminium has also different sideskirts. :/

Ok, that hydro aluminum car is than something for a scratchbuild operation.
But can be made, for sure

Hi there

I have been following this post with some interest - I think you are really onto something great.
The 750 euro price point sounds palatable, However just some of my very humble 2 cents - Pretty please to a Le Mans Long Tail (and maybe some other wheel options, say for the 88' version etc)

Also would be fantastic if you could totally confirm if the engine set will be made. If an engine is not going to be made it would be nice to just know in advance the buyer could just get the totally closed shell (would prefer to have the doors and maybe the front removable regardless) Saves extra work in getting the cover to close down.

Naturally my vote is for a complete engine to made - because that would make this is really amazing!

Right now I am still busy with the IMSA version. Still need some parts to check.

A long tail is on my bucket list.
88 wheels? Just attach a picture please so i can check how they look

But when this project is done i will not bringing something new. As i told from time to time i am not a designer. I can't make my own parts on cad. I need a finished file and then i can scratch it to a different look. That's all.

So my plans are to convert the existing 935 K3 into 1/8 and maybe the 917/10 also. The last one needs some bigger chances for more details.

I am not sure if my price tag is not a little bit to high?
What do you guys think would be a fair price for it?

Your price is more than fair. Charge what you must to make it worth your time. It’s still a bargain for something this size and tell me, where else can you get a 962 that is 2ft long right now. Anything under $1000.00 is a pure deal!

Thanks Sean for your comment.

But i think i can lower the price to 650€ for it without having sleepless nights.
It's still a lot of money but i am feeling better with that price tag

So 650€ for all options are ok for me.

Regards Christian

PS: if someone is willing to pay more for it it's also ok😁😁

K3 in 1:8??

That would be awesome!
Seen an Amalgan K3 in that scale and was heavily impressed by it`s look.
