Hi Thomas,

Your new design looks good. I can only find two photos that show the top of the floor but they give you an idea how the step bottom looks.

I found exactly these two pictures, but not the bottom. :)
The front area and the transition to the rear would be extremely interesting.

After several hours of looking at the pictures and comparing them, I made a picture of the front and rear areas with different views and adjusted the floor plate again. :D
I think it will stay that way and go into a new printing trail.

Hi Thomas,

I thought there may be some photos of Norris's car hoist in Spa. Unfortunately, I can't find any.

The indentation on the top side of the tray is the exact shape of the step from beneath. You can see the front portion. The forward portion is the same wide as the plank (300 mm wide). It runs all the way the the side opening and than widen to 500 mm.

I think you may want to elongate this transit from 300 mm to 500 mm a bit on your design.

Unfortunately, there is no clear view of the rear portion. The FIA illustration is close to most car designs.

Could you help me with some marking on my picture, what area your exactly mean and what shape it should be... :?:

Hi Thomas,

It is a surprise that I cannot find shots of the bottom at all.

I find a video of 1 2020 MCL35 model that shows the bottom. I think the delta between 2020 and 2021 in the step bottom should not be big. You can use this as a reference.

This is a drawing from Giorgio Piola for 2021 cars.

Hope these can help.

They need an accident near a crane. Tried to look up when they have crashed out in 2021 but came up with no pictures that would help.
