1/12 MFH July 2022 news
Another month, another riddle series starting right up.
Link
I would hazard a guess.. the wire wheels make me think maybe mid 1930s and the nut or whatever it is, 6 sided? Kinda makes me think MG on this one. MG PA or whatnot.
/fixed some typos. Current temperatures turn me into a retard a little more than usual...

Would the silver imply German?

I believe that black and white, not silver. Bentley Blower? The wheels should have different spinners.

Re: 1/12 MFH July 2022 news
One of the various Blowers had been my idea as well. However, the wheelnuts may fit, but I'm missing the winged knock-offs plus I couldn't match the oil pan / engine underside to a Blower engine. But then there's like a dozen variations, 4.5, 6.0 ... Unless the second pic is not the bottom of the engine with oil pan / oil sump I'm struggling a bit. I had checked on the Auto Union cars and couldn't match the wheel / 6-sided nut due to knock-offs not matching. Maybe the Lagonda LM winner. C-Type Jag?
Cheers,
Roman

Nut looks to be positively Bentley-ish, 192x-193x. Could be an ERA, too. Couldn'f find anything matching those fins of the second pic though.

Pretty sure Auto Union Type C.
The wheel nut was kind of misleading, but with the engine pic now up, for me there is no doubt it's the V16.
