Not super confident, this has been talked about for a few years and feels a bit like the race in Jersey. This is the third big change they've made, but its been a few months since they announced the layout and it hasn't been pushed back yet.
But have they started building any of the necessary infra structure? Garages, etc..? (ie, has anyone actually started spending any REAL money on this yet?)
Its going to be a street race so I doubt anything is starting this year. Thats also why I don't think we will really know either way until the fall at the earliest. They just won another lawsuit about the location of the race, so if you want it to happen that is a good thing.

Provisionally pencilled in for May, apparently (likely around Montreal). Who knows, maybe it will actually happen after all.
Je ne regrette rien.

Very provisionally, the team running the race still hasn't even announced it!

On the bright side, if it does go ahead it can’t possibly be anymore of a train wreck than the Indycar race in Nashville last Sunday.

I’m not going out of my way for a street race…and I’m only about a 2 hour flight away.

Did anyone attend the race? I didn't go and I'm 5 hours away. My wife and I agreed to make a date of it in 2023 but then I saw the average ticket price was $2,400. Screw that! I don't like Miami anyway.

I got bamboozled a bit by ticket prices. They had normal ticket prices, but then also sold the VIP tickets directly which are usually done by F1. Tickets still werent' cheap, but they did have a bunch of VIP $10k tickets that didn't help things out.
