Re: September MFH 1/12 full-detail news

The reddish tint makes me wonder if it's a 1971-72 March?

Re: Lauda's Ferrari

Ferrari 312T2 chassis 028 was new for the the 1976 British Grand Prix, which it won after Hunt's disqualification. Then written off in his German GP shunt. Remains scrapped.

Re: New puzzle from MFH for July...

Another Senna car, another Porsche, another Ferrari...Yawn MFH. There are some wonderful subjects out there still to be modeled in large scale that have no relevance to the above mentioned three subjects. Just got back from Watkins Glen, so the checking account needed a break anyway, Mr Hiro gave it...

Re: Niki Lauda has passed away

Godspeed Champion. He's back with his old mates, James, Ronnie, Mike The Bike, Francois, Ayrton, Gilles, etc. Hope they're some cold beers to welcome him.

Re: Say it ain't so, Fernando!

A seriously bad look for Mclaren. With all of the money, and resources at their disposal, to have such a epic fail? The team looked out to sea from the very first test session, Fernando drove heroically to try, and put it in the race, but the team just didn't know what they were doing when it came t...

Re: Some of my pics from the IMSA race at Mid Ohio

Very nice shots! Have you been able to get the mud off your clothes and car yet? My wife & I were there, and in my five decades of going to Mid-Ohio that was easily the muddiest I've ever seen it. They don't call it Mud-Ohio for nothing! However the spectators that braved the cold & swampy c...

Re: MFH for May

It's been a bit strange, with the twenty-fifth anniversary of his death a few days away, there really hasn't been that much chatter about it. Personally I could never stand Senna, and won't be a hypocrite, I still don't have anything nice to say about him. But it's fascinating how in the first few y...

Re: New MFH 1/12 kit for April - Daytona

It is refreshing to see some enthusiast finally step up and throw some criticism in MFH's direction when its warranted. I remember when they released the 1/12 312PB, and I made a few remarks about some flaws I noticed, I got blasted by a few members on here for attacking the sacred cow that is MFH. ...

Re: another MFH 1/12th...?

It's a nice subject, but not one that I'm going to spend that kind of money on. For me it needs to be a "I can't live without it" subject for me to part with that sort of dosh. If it had been a Matra, I would have pre-ordered one in heartbeat. But it's a great model if your a Alfa enthusia...

Re: another MFH 1/12th...?

Agreed, it doesn't match any of the steering wheels I've seen on the 670-670B series. Seat doesn't look like its from a 670 either. Bummer, was really hoping that's what was in the works.
