Re: What are some good Airbrushes for modeling?
For F1 modeling I see very little use for a top of the line airbrush. My favorite airbrush for F1 stuff is a can of Tamiya TSwhatever is close... warmed in the blazing Texas sun. Very easy clean up! If I use an airbrush shooting enamel or laquer I use a cheap Paasche H single action. A tip from your...

1/20 DTM kit of what is and what will never be
Couple of pics of the kit they said would never be done: Decals look great but I won't show them here. Cheers, Tim http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z328/timmyshots/review/164.jpg http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z328/timmyshots/review/165.jpg http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z328/tim...

Ferrari F2001 pics from a rank ameteur
So a friend called me the other day and said he was driving by Ferrari of Austin and said there was a race car on the showroom floor. He said he didn't know what it was but it had numbers, was red and looked like a stock car. Eh... he's not a race fan but knew that I am. It took a few days but I mad...

Re: Trouble in Austin
Having lived in Austin since 75 they used to pride themselves on being "small townish" The old logic was if we don't build roads we will stay small. Austin is really paying for that last 20 years of flawed logic with really bad traffic. http://austin.bizjournals.com/austin/stories/2010/01/...

Re: A pair of Lotii
Very nice job! I love F1 and aircraft. I remember about 10 years ago on another board lamenting that the big man would put a woman with the same interest on the other side of the world and at 30,000 feet making it really hard to meet Miss Right. Fantastic builds Tania! Tim

Re: What's your favourite Driver and Team of all Time ?
I spent about 15mins talking to Dan Gurney at the Houston Grand Prix. It was just me and him in the pit area early in the morning. I said I needed to go because I didn't want to bother him but I really got the feeling he was interested in talking further...wait for it...about model cars. What a real...
