It seems as the only logical answer.
That parts 8-9 go on the inside of the cockpit, and parts 10-13 go on the undertray.

I hadn't thought of using carbon fiber on the model, but well, I guess ill have to carbonize the whole lot now

Personally I would have hoped for a late 1960s car, as they look cooler, and the 641/2 is pretty close to the F189/F190 that Tamiya made.
But its still a welcome addition.
