Re: Kerbside for Tamiya kits

Great response! Thank guys :) Still hasn't made my mind up though, but good to read all the opinions! haha I do not make my decision to build a kerbside or not based on whether the fitting of the kit is troublesome or smooth, it's a decision that I make before starting the build and stick to that. Kerbside for Tamiya kits

Hello All, Happy new year to each, I hope you all had a splendid festive season! I am currently busy piecing together my lastest car - the Benetton B192 - and had a brain fart, so I thought I would ask you guys to see what your opinion is. In my brief experience building up my F1 collection, and I h...

Re: car-model-kit shop

I have ordered from them in the past. They sent my purchases by recorded delivery, so fast and secure. Cheaper for me to by some items here and have them delivered than buy them in the UK.

Re: 1/12 SENNA ESTORIL 85' WET DIORAMA

Brilliant Steve. That's a seriously awesome presentation. This kind of presentation really inspires. I'm guessing that t...

Re: Graduated Photo Backgrounds.

Hey Folks, So I received my background through the post today, and have had a brief little go at composing a shot. I set the background up with some clothes pegs on the dining room table and took a few shots to get an idea of how to get that infinite horizon effect. http://www.fearofthepark.co.uk/do...

Multi Media kits beginners guide.

Hey Folks, I am now the proud owner of three multimedia kits, and I am very much looking forward to getting stuck into them, as they look excellent. But I am also a bit apprehensive of starting my first one, as I know from reading about them on this community, that they have certain nuances about th...

Re: Pics from the 2014 British Grand Prix

After a few weeks of not finding an ounce of time to get more of my British GP images up...finally here are some of Practise 3 and Qualifying ! I know it's weeks ago now, but I thought you might like to see them. It;s tricky getting interesting shots sitting in the same position, but i have found a ...

Re: Graduated Photo Backgrounds.

As for diffusing your lights monkfish, you might want to look into a diffusion tent. You put the subject inside this tent and the walls of it diffuse the light quite effectively. Thanks for the thoughts Bierce. I've got a small diffusion tent, but don't like using it. I find it restrictive for shoo...
