The tobacco decals are also shown on the set picture in Wim's Shop... and thus included. Tabu/st27 often put their tabacco logos on seperate sheet & hide them behind the 'main' sheet. I suppose they do it to mislead the anti tabacco police. And most likely they have their tabacco logos gathered...

I got word from asian wholesale company 2 times: 1 announcement few weeks ago, now got confirmation.
With confirmation they corrected year they got wrong in announcement: 1986 became 1987.
