Re: Completed: Studio 27 1/20 Brawn BGP001 (late season)

Stunning! How long did it take you to build? I have the late season in my stash but I’m not sure when I’ll get around to it.

Seb, please don't take this as an insult to your build - as it is Beautiful...but one of the things that really makes your 49b pop is those Ebbro tires! - The gold circle is laid out perfect on both sides of the tires and quite frankly, I don't think anyone of us could do a better job laying those ...

Re: Lotus 49 1/20 Ebbro

Thank you as usual for the thoughtful comments! Onto the final update... The kit gives you the ability to add ignition wires without modification, but fuel lines require some drilling to add. I used MFH 0.4mm clear piping. https://i.imgur.com/sKZpSBg.jpg Miscellaneous pieces detailed - I'm still too...

Re: Finisher's Mode Putty

I spend a lot of time looking at Japanese build blogs since they're generally much more active and ambitious with their projects (especially with modern conversions) +1 to that, there are some amazing Japanese F1 builds, I wonder if F1M could have a thread dedicated to links to the best Japanese bu...

Finisher's Mode Putty

Does anybody have experience with Finisher's "Mode Putty" and/or knows how to get some in North America? It seems to be a "polyester putty" that's mixed with 5-10% of the included hardener. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1106/2532/products/polyester_putty_standard_1024x1024.jp...
