Re: What is your latest model purchase

Yes, so far I'm also mainly looking for resolution as I tend to do small parts that are all about detail. Luckily I have a friend with a pretty good printer that will do them for me, but I'd obviously like to have my own. I just don't have a space in our flat to keep a smelly machine running for hou...

Re: What is your latest model purchase

The two are not really comparable I'd say. The Jupiter gets better resolution in a large scale printer, and the Ultra has a different technology altogether to improve printing resolution for now on a small printing volume. If the Ultra delivers as promised that looks like a game changer. For now it ...

Re: Question on Porsche 935 been bugging me for years

The 935 "J" from the link has 935/77 bodywork ( also known from the "Baby" Variant ). The Matchbox kit has 1977 customer bodywork. Porsche did a short run of these. Racingsportscars doesn't have pictures for all of them. Here's one: https://www.racingsportscars.com/chassis/photo/...

Re: Benetton B195 Academy

I just realized I followed but only ever left a comment at the beginning.
Great end result!
It has a good realistic feel and doesn't look like a plastic model.
Makes me more positive about the kit and starting mine :-)

Re: Hobby Robby F1 scale model vlog

I watched it and think you did a great job. I can only imagine how much time it takes to produce something like this. I'm not a big fan of these vlogs and rather read/watch a non moving build report, but that's a matter of personal taste. Seeing your mishaps hurt. That comes out more genuine than in...

Re: Easy question, difficult Answer...

'98 Ferrari wouldn't work well. Narrow wheelbase and grooved tyres... An F1-2000 would be the better starting point.
