Yes, but the question is always what you need it for.
There are many differences and it doesn't always have to be the most expensive solution.

Yes, I know and that would have been exactly my approach.
I take the 1/20 rims, make a copy and an adjustment to the 1/12 hubs and enlarge it to 1/12
