Re: Test printing REDBULL RB16
Ah I’ve seen your blog before! You’re the one who’s made amazing RB10, RB11, and RB12 conversions/scratch builds in the past right? I too would like to know your process for 3D printing as I recently got into 3D printing as well.

Re: MULTIMEDIA Upcoming F1 Releases 2021
This is pretty cool: CtoB is re-releasing their 2020 Mercedes W11 and Ferrari SF1000 kits, but this time the Turkish GP version since they've been developing intermediate tires to include in their kits for a few months now. The Mercedes also comes with Lewis's championship winning pit boards which i...

Re: Mr Topcoar flat or semi gloss on current F1 car
Probably flat, but you can try experimenting with mixing gloss and flat at various ratios to get more precise control over the finish

Re: PLASTIC Upcoming F1 Releases 2021
Wow I’m stoked about the 1/12 MP4/2C, I’ve been waiting for it since Italeri started re-issuing Protar kits. It’ll probably be my first 1/12 kit purchase

Re: MULTIMEDIA Upcoming F1 Releases 2020
Opening maus's link I noticed that there's a pre-order listing for NewScratch's Ferrari SF1000 from Mugello, the 1000th GP gloss red one. Hasn't been listed on NewScratch/CtoB's website yet.

Re: Yahoo Auction Japan
Oh as a follow up to Buyee, I will say that having them combine the packages at the warehouse does not guarantee cheaper shipping. The process is frustrating: You have to blindly commit to combining the items without knowing how much money you'll be "saving". In my case, I "saved"...

Re: Yahoo Auction Japan
I've used Buyee a few times with success, the process is quite easy and straightforward, the only difficult thing is that you won't get a shipping quote until after you've ordered the item. I live in Canada and the shipping + handling can definitely get close to $100CAD for 1-2 1/20 resin kits, so t...

Re: PLASTIC Upcoming F1 Releases 2020
I feel like for most reasonable people the proper color for their yellow MP4/2C build, independent of what the car was like in reality, will be whatever matches the provided kit number decals. If one truly believes that the car was that green-ish fluorescent yellow but the kit provides regular yello...

Re: Translating a Japanese-only instruction sheet
A quicker way that I do is to simply use the Google Translate iOS app (I assume the Android version would have the same features given it's made by Google), pressing the "Camera" feature, and it will translate in real time through your camera, so you can just point your phone at the instru...
