Re: Tyrrell 019 scale 1:20 conversion
Another option if scale is not a concern is the build the Modeler's 1/24 Tyrrell 019. It's a pretty nice kit.

Re: Painting order - 1/12 CSL
I too have had this project going for years, though in 1/24. I used a base of Tamiya white primer. Then painted 3 Tamiya LC lacquers in order: yellow, red, then blue. I put a light dusting of primer between the red and blue coats to make sure the red didn't bleed through. I didn't thin the paint eno...

Re: MULTIMEDIA Upcoming F1 Releases 2022
Saw this company that does printed models in several scale. He says he cannot do 1/12th as it is to big for his printer. I have a few of the bodies and they are clean and very accurate, so I decided to ask for some F1 models as the cockpit and suspension/engine details can be printed. I am waiting ...

Re: 1955 Lancia D50
Aboslutely amazing job! That little engine looks great. You 1/43 guys are amazing. Yet again, I will show my historical ignorance by asking.....What was the reason for Lancia mounting the engine at an angle? The engine was offset so that the driver would sit next to the driveshaft instead of up abov...

Re: What would you do?
What about: 1. Drill a hole in the floor board in front of the seat 2. Run a wire/paper clip with super glue on it through the hole and apply to seat belt. 3. Run a different wire/paper clip with some accelerant on it through the hole and pressing down on the seat belt. 4. Fill and paint the hole in...
