Re: PLASTIC Upcoming F1 Releases 2023
For me what argues for Meng is that when they announce a kit it will be done in a realistic time frame. The GT-40 took about a year from anouncement to finish, I am surprised they are showing this as a July release, we will see. So far though usually they do what they say they are. On the other hand...

Re: PLASTIC Upcoming F1 Releases 2023
The good thing about Meng doing this kit is that Meng is pretty reliable about delivering the products they announce in a timely fashion. I thought it would be a year hour but Meng says this is a july release. The Gt-40 ran about a year from announcement to release for comparison. NuNu has announced...

Re: Who will win the 2023 Australian Grand Prix?
I was very surprised to see the procedure followed for red flags and restarts at the end of the race. There needs to be a respect for how many laps are left and not orchestrate red flags just for the show. This is not NASCAR and it needs to be recognized the open wheel cars made of carbon fiber with...

I voted Max, hope I am wrong. I keep thinking Mercedes needs to turn up their engines and take some risks. Let’s see what happens.

Re: Will all cars' liveries eventually be carbon fiber?
This is not a worry, the minute all the cars are predominately black, someone is gong to see the financial opportunity if their car stands out and is noticeable. Considering this is a sport, where being seen is the most important aspect that brings in money to the teams, I just do not see that this ...

Re: Tamiya Liquid Surface Primer - over White Metal?
Tamiya primer without a metal etch primer to start with will definitely flake off white metal. I learned that the first time I tried and did not know better so just shot tamiya primer on metal. It came off, imagine that.

Re: PLASTIC Upcoming F1 Releases 2022
I would agree to those concluding car modelers are a minority, however from accounts i can discern the number one player as far as volume goes is Bandai. Reports I have heard says that their Gundam stuff outsells everything anyone else makes. If I had not heard this from credible sources I would hav...

Re: PLASTIC Upcoming F1 Releases 2022
I like what I see here, there was also a video I found that showed some more detail and some of the sprues or parts anyway. It is very impressive and I want one.
