I used a couple of coats of Tamiya Smoke from a rattle can to darken the tan carbon fibre, which worked well. What method did you use?

There's an eBay seller in Austria who sells resin wheels that fit Tamiya Lotus 72 Firestones, suitable for a 1972 312B-2. They're home cast, so a bit rough, but better they work (I've used his other pieces with success. Trades under the name st.irish.

What interests me here is the licencing issue - has McLaren actually licenced both companies to produce kits of their cars? Worth noting - Michael at Indycals is already selling a full decal set for the 1/12 99T. Just received mine - absolutely stunning, and delivered from the US to the UK in eight days! Just need the kit now...
