I love your build sooo much!! I have one in my stash and keep thinking about the black paint. I have never seen it done in black. This is just perfect; as others have said, a masterpiece. Thanks for sharing the pics.

I have tried to add clag to tires as well. with no luck. How does he do this??

Even if he would offer the boxtop art as open source so I could print my own box it would be great.

Example:

1) try a small decal from the sheet (ideally one you don't need for the build), to see if they are still OK
2) If they look OK, but have a fragile surface, consider spraying a clear overcoat before using.
3) Find someone who can make you a new set- google custom decals or similar.

Very well done! If any of you haven't built this kit, do yourselves a favour and build one. Really one of Tamiya's better efforts.

Things that helped me the most getting (back) into the hobby: 1) Tamiya masking tape (it really works!) 2) Tamiya TS spray paints. I have an airbrush, but use mostly rattle cans. Various metalics, blacks etc for suspensions and engine bits. Make sure to use them outdoors or with a spray booth. 3) Af...
