Re: MFH kit for August 2021

Brucey nailed it. View looking over Angeles National Forest looking towards Long Beach. So a Reutemann specific 312T3 with the extra vents in the front top body.

Re: Photoetch question

I soak my photoetch in vinegar (usually for about 15 minutes) prior to using a metal primer. Trial a soak with a spare piece of etch fret to monitor how quickly it eats into the metal. Re: Kiwi F1 Modelers

Auckland (West) here. Like Fangio, I'm not particularly active on any forums nowadays. Any reason you ask dellboy? I see a lot of private sellers on trade-me getting rid of F1 kits, just wondered if any of them were ever members on here, some of them seem to have some good stuff. I was selling stuf...

Re: Reference pics Ferrari 126C2

A couple of guys (Jeep and Villeneuve) here on F1M put out a "126C2 spotters guide" about 6-7 years ago among several others like 312T3 and 312T4 and M23 free for modellers to use. I'm not sure where the links are to be found anymore? I wouldn't mind downloading them again myself.

I've had to straigten MFH resin bodies and found the best method to be a combination of things from hot water but also a hairdryer. The key ...

Re: 70' March 701 Pictures Needed

Hi Russell, To the best of my knowledge there's not a lot out on the web on the 701 for Chris Amon in it's naked state. This is about as good as it gets: http://www.gurneyflap.com/march701.html However if you buy the 1970 Part 2 Joe Honda pictorial there are some detail photos to be found, not a lot...
