Thanks Jeff, it's an idea I'm seriously interested in pursuing.

Beautiful work and proving the concept of the cameo. Been discussing the use of this tool with one of my friends and I fancy using one to create masks for larger sponsor logos. Do you think that is viable, having used one.

Well I never knew that about Goodyear Steve. Great bit of info. I always liked the haphazard application of stenciled logo's. Gave the tyre a bit of 'personality' if you like. Makes good sense as to why they changed but I definitely preferred the pre 1993 marking.

Mine is on order and in shipping at the moment. Looking forward to seeing it soon.

I think the sidepods are taller and narrower and the airbox intake is different. Mirrors are different too. Not much, but enough to differentiate it.

I remember seeing F1 on race tyres from 1990 onwards but only ever on show/presentation cars. I can't say for definite but I never saw evidence of a car racing with F1 on the tyres.

Given that Russia has, I believe, banned UK airlines from Russian airspace a lot of teams would surely struggle to actually get into the country anyway.
