2010: TS-49 with slight pearl effect This one I've seen closely, and it was TS-8 with a very subtle pearl effect, so subtle that could be hardly noticed in a scale model. The 2011 F150, which I've seen too, was painted with the same red. I suspect the other Alonso's Ferraris kept the same color mix...

The main problem I see is that the nose is a lot shorter, and the suspension is closer to the cockpit by around 10cm in 1/1. I did a tool to build the 188's suspension from the outside, maybe could be used to move the suspension back a bit, but I just have one kit and the monocoque is already built.

Something to help everyone draw their own conclusions.

Possibly use a color in the resin like they used to with the fibre glass bodies in th 60's/70's? And in the 80's, the blue and white Brabhams were still colored that way! Interesting though, because of the weight issue, seems that some F1 teams (McLaren and Williams at least) are now following what...
